For a Kelowna realtor I have used Vantage West and been extremely happy. They mainly deal with investors. In my opinion Kelowna is a great market to be in. Expensive (not as much as Toronto) but good.

Stephanie Ostash from Vantage West has been amazing to work with. She perfectly understands the needs of real estate investors as she has done quite a bit of it herself. In general, the Vantage West team are a really good resource as most of their clientele are investors.
