Hi Everyone,

I have been living in the Sacramento area for about a year now and have decided to start looking for a multifamily investment property. I plan on living in one of the units and renting the rest out. I have been pre-approved and am looking for an agent who is familiar with both the area and multifamily investment properties. Any advice, references, and/or suggestions would be much appreciated.
