Hey BP, I am looking to connect with someone who can help relocate the residents impacted by the situation below.

My lawyer is working on the following case.  She is representing low income residents who are being evicted from the property that there RVs are on.  The evections are due to the RV/MHP being being sold to a development company who will repurpose the property into an apartment complex.  Since taking the case, she has been able to extend the evection time to 30 days but is still trying to find a long term housing solution for approximately 20 residents.

The park is in Florida City, FL (Close to Miami).  I am looking to connect with a MHP owner or investor with vacant pads or homes that are close to this park.  These 20 residents current homes (late model RVs) are complete losses and cannot be relocated due to their age and condition.  There is media coverage of this story and could result in good PR for party or group that is able to help relocate these residents.

Hey Brendon! Thanks for the warm introduction. I have had nothing but a great experiences with BP thus far and anticipate this trend will continue. You have brought up some great points and I am happy to elaborate.

How can I add value? What do I bring to the table? I possess a skill set and level of expertise cultivated during my formal education that will make me an asset to any investment team or partnership. I hold a doctorate in pharmacy and am a licensed pharmacist. What makes me stand out from the crowd is my experience with the scientific method and how to properly use vetted data to execute a research question. We all can agree that people are emotional. My professional education taught me to remove emotions from any decision by using only the best data to draw a conclusion. While in graduate school, I successfully got 3 scientific articles published in peer reviewed journals with impact factors close to 10. (Essentially this means experts in the field reviewed my science and deemed it worthy enough to pass along to the rest of the scientific community). If you are interested, you can google (Steven Garguilo Publications) and you will find these articles. These articles are very dense but the importance of me speaking to them is that I have a proven track record of using good data to analyze and answer a question. I know that my strong data analytics that I cultivated during my formal education make me a stand out investor. Data analytics is paramount to deal analysis.

Besides my professional work, I also have experience as a first responder. I was a volunteer fireman for about 10 years. My time as a fireman taught me the true meaning of leadership. When you are responsible for the lives of your fellow firemen, you learn very quickly how vital teamwork is to success and keeping us all alive. I quickly learned how to judge character and traits of others based on how they responded to stressful and sometimes life or death situations. As a fireman, I saw the best and worst in humanity and I developed the intangible skills to connect with persons all types of backgrounds. This experience allowed me to refine my social skills and has allowed me to excel with team related tasks and team building. Investing is a team sport and I am a team driven individual.

Presently, I am an assistant director of operations at a Central Fill Pharmacy. Essentially, I am responsible for implementing process that allow us to ship and delivering 40K prescriptions a day to our customers. My job is focused on efficiencies and reducing our cost on a yearly, quarterly, and daily basis. Since working in the private sector, I have observed and have experience with different processes across different industries that I know would be applicable to my investment career. My team consists of approximately 150 direct and indirect reports. I have experience with employment decisions and strategic business planning. Since taking over this facility, I have been able to change the facilities culture by implementing strong business fundamental practices and have increased our operational efficiencies by 23% YoY. With all of my experience I have listed above, it is time for me to take the next step and go into business for myself.

In a partnership I am offering my expertise, skills, and life experiences. I have a proven track record for process implementation, increasing efficiencies, and team building. I am looking for individuals that share the same values as my own and someone who I can trust. I have a few deals that I am working on right now but I know that there is not much scalability with the current deal flow systems that I am using. Hopefully BP can connect me with the right person to build a relationship with that will have longevity and above average returns. If you would like to know more or have a call shoot me a DM 😊

@Luke Jones I found an off market property in Spindale NC that’s on City Water City Sewer. Owner is interested in a sale. Not sure if you know the area but from our research it doesn’t look like the best location.....

My wife and I are looking to build our MHP team. We are looking for a network of individuals who know the business well and can add value to our team by providing deal flow, market expertise, and a potential partnership. Any advise or connection is greatly appreciated! We live in Florida and have a few deals in Florida that might be worth asking us about :)
