Could someone explain the tax benefits a seller receives from providing seller financing compared to selling for cash and getting hit with capital gains tax.

Does anyone know a good tax attorney in Virginia Beach, VA. I have a client that will be liquidating their portfolio and wants to roll it into something more passive. Hopefully be able to do a 1031!

@Jason Sampson - that sounds like a pretty good strategy I think I’m going to try to follow that. But is it hard to rebuild your reputation after you switch brokers?

Hey guys, so I am currently taking my real estate agent licencing course and I am wondering what brokerage I should look for. I am going to be working part-time due to being active duty military. Should I look more into big name companies or smaller local places?
