@David M. My Finance major was mainly focused on stocks and market functions and my real estate degree was targeting commercial real estate underwriting (DCF, NPV, Cap Rate, etc..)

I’m 21 fresh out of college with a Finance and Real Estate Degree and looking into buying my first property.

Would really love some help or tips where would be a good area to get started around New Jersey.
