Good morning BP Family,

I  am currently working on an executive summary to assist me in my effort to display my

company and invesfment opportunity offering in an effort to raise seed money, I wanted to know if anyone can shed any light to any executive summary templates for multifamily or geared toward multifamily software that I can use? I have searched online but I have not found one that I felt could convey my message. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Steve

Hi Joshua, I  think you are in a great position, you can utilize a small  portion of your friend and family's equity to use towards a down payment and be creative with the financing. You can try and get the owner to offer seller financing. Good luck!!

Arlan, did you have the bank financing in place first before you asked for the seller financing?

Greetings BP Family, I am interested in purchasing multifamily properties but unfortunately I dont have the 20% to use for my down payment so I am trying use creative financing to obtain a property. My scenario is to have 75 to 80% financed by the bank, have the seller take back a 2nd of 10 to 15% and i would put 5-10% . Can anyone offer any suggestions in finding sources for down payment?
