I have a multi family I purchased that is being renovated currently and hold an immense amounto f conviction I do not want to have my tenants putting a satellite on my building. I have seen and experienced firsthand the wear and tear here. I believe I have two main options for folks that seek to have internet/cable. I can provide it to the units and charge for it. (I am leaning this way) Or have them individually reach out to a carrier that will not install a satellite. This is in a D/C- neighborhood.

What if tenants are unhappy with the speed/quality? What if they don't want either? I can't have them share, but dont want them to pay for something they don't use.

This certainly would lead me down the route for them to get it themselves, but I would rather know what's going on and where holes are being drilled. etc etc than leaving that in tenants hands.

Would appreciate any and all conversation on this .

Other than asking terms for owner financing, have you all had some other great questions for possible for sale by owner scenarios that helped the conversation?

I been posting a few times but wanted to get an official post here. I moved away from cinci and returned after a few years. Looking to start back in the rental market and looking for other folks to get together with. There a big following here in cinci and nky?

Seeing if anyone had some trusted PM in cinci or nky. Before I keep googling, I trust BP more than a lot of other things. Appreciate you all
