Wanted to share the article from Travel + Leisure, Best Cities in the US 2021. 

It is no secret that Charleston, South Carolina is an absolute jewel of a city. Those of us who are lucky enough to live here know first hand how amazing the Holy City is to call home. The reputation has spread and now for the 9th year Charleston has been voted the #1 city in the United States to visit. 

@Andrew Pytlinski exactly right, always important to be mindful of those flood zones. They don’t call it the low country for nothing.

@Austin Grant McDowell happy to help. There is great growth in this area. Many opportunities to build upon the rapidly expanding industrial investments in the surround areas, and the growth rates that go hand in hand with that.
