There are a couple of houses owned by a housing authority that have been vacant for years. Are these potentially good deals for short sale or rehab? If so how do I go about the process to get them under contract. Please help I have a feeling about these that wont go away. Im Only trying to get started.

@Melissa Anderson I'm located down in in El Paso Tx, but from what I understand thusfar in my early learnings of this Business is that you can do deals anywhere from anywhere. How are you What you got so far?
