I’m focusing my strategy on Airbnb rentals.

It seems like you can make way more daily income using that approach from what I’ve experienced than putting in a long term rental tenant, and don’t hear it discussed much on here.

Looking at cities such as Atlanta, Nashville, Columbus, and St Louis that appear to have high occupancy rates from tourists and affordable condos buying inside the city center with low HOAs. 

If you have any advice I’d appreciate it.

I’m a new member on here from the Washington DC area. 

I rented out my home and used the income to pay my monthly mortgage, sold the home and made a great profit. 

Looking to re invest that money in investment properties.

Looking forward to the networking opportunities on here and would love to network with people in Virginia and DC area.
