hello everybody from the Bigger Pockets Family . Str8 to the business at hand . i was writtng because i'm started my new marketing  campaign to Evictions . I have  real Quick Questions . 

 I anyone that see's this question that has and is working in the Riverside Ca / Temecula area .i been down to the county clerk office n Temecula and Riverside looking for the Eviction list . they told me that i would need names of each case . wow . i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to the Riverside / Temecula Eviction List ..

hello everyone , just want to know how fellow wholesalers handle working with and agent that send over some non listed and listed properties . i want to know if the agent is putting in offers for you, do you let your buyers know before the property offer is accepted or after . And how would they be paid . let me know people ..
