Thank you for responding to my post. In addition to my prior question, do these real estate exam-prep packages cover all the required college-level courses, or will I have to separately take the required college-level courses at a college/online college?

@Andrew Fielder

Hi. Thank you for the response. I was contemplating about starting off with another internship before going full time since experience is something I'm lacking in commercial real estates. By the way, to answer your question, I graduated with a degree in economics at UC Irvine.

Thank you for replying back to my post. I will definitely start out by checking out some of the books that you recommended.

Hi. My name is Steve and I would like to know some advice on breaking into the commercial real estate industry and where someone should start if he or she has recently graduated from a 4 year university. Since I didn't decide to go into real estates prior to graduation, I currently do not hold a real estate license. Should I study to obtain a license or should I apply for a real estate job to gain more experience first?
