Hello, Steve here and I'm new to BP and I live in Reno NV. I am wondering if there is any profitable investing and wholesale work going on in Reno in 2021? I have about 5 months of time off and would like to learn from an established individual that can show me how and where to start learning the Reno market. I'm not able to do manual labor at the moment but I can learn to do research, analysis, and all the other necessary things an investor needs to know. I will inherit a property that will be shared with 2 others in my family. I need to sell my interest in the property if no family members can buy me out. How do I advertise and find a buyer? Thank you. Steve L.
