Same reason that my wife is not on title. They did not want to be on title I invest in properties that I lease out to cannabis growers and they were concerned that somehow it would be bad if they were on title

i purchased a property in southern oregon in march of 2018. I added my son-in=law to title two weeks later. My daughter filed for divorce in march of 2019. We receive a nice positive income on the property which was split initially but that I subsequently quartered up between myself,my wife(not on title).my soon to be ex-son in law and his soon to be ex=wife(my daughter who is also not on title)  I'm looking to protect my daughters interests in this property. Are they protected by community property laws( we all reside in california and both my wife and I and my daughter and son-in law were married there) Divorce is not final yet.  Any suggestions?
