Hello guys,

i am a long time member in bogleheads but wanted to seek opinions from landlords here as you guys have much better knowledge regarding being a landlord. Currently i own a house for myself and a commercial real estate for my business but thats as far as my experience goes. I want to get multifamily real estate started by getting commercial loan but wonder if it is a good idea and/or the general way i can even get started. Any advice would be appreciated.
