@Bruce Woodruff ... Nice! I would not be able to do all the labor, but so good to understand your commitment. That time requirement is inline with my goal.

Thanks @Paul Sandhu. Great job on your success! Sounds like you're roughly 1+ hours per STR per week.

Have you found scaling up is a bit more efficient? In other words, are certain steps of your process more efficient because you're handling more than one at a time?

How much time do you spend self-managing your short-term rental? Weighing the pros and cons of LTR vs STR in my market. Yes, STRs appear to have better cashflow, but unsure of the time commitment needed. My wife and I have five teenagers at home.

Curious what your thoughts are about investing in townhomes for long term rentals. I know HOA fees and regulations need to be accounted for. If the numbers all work out, would you invest, or are their other concerns I should consider?

@Brenden Donovan Is there a way to ensure that you meet the 400ft rule with Wilmington when purchasing a house for STR? Getting a violation letter later would be a nightmare.

@Ben Szafran Do you have any updated information on the direction Wilmington is going now that the court case closed?  I haven't found any helpful information if their regulations have been softened or not.

@J. Henriquez I'd like to attend, just trying to clear my schedule. Is there a fee for this? Not a member.

Just wondering if anyone has had success purchasing a property through auction.com. Would love to hear your experience.
