@Bob Stevens

Where can one do that?

@Lance Holt

Are you still looking at brevard? How’s it been?

@William W.

Boom hit the nail on the head...technically a “pit bull” is not a recognized dog breed by the American kennel club...it’s a cross breed between a Staffordshire bull terrier and a larger dog and the issue is what you just said they have the lock jaw mechanism of the staffie with a personality of an unknown crossbreed plus the size.

@Nathan G.

Hmm thanks for the input...what mainland areas do you suggest

@Hayes Mercure

Ppl have been pounding the drum for a downturn but the fact remains money is still cheap and as long as that remains asset prices will stay high...as monetary policy tightens which I think will be after the 2020 election, assets will go down as it becomes more expensive to borrow...now if you plan on staying in your house for 20 years this doesn’t really effect you if you plan on financing, if rates jump three points and the house depreciates 25% the monthly payment might very well be similar but it truly helps cash buyers who don’t need to borrow as banks will have need cash as well with higher reserves so won’t be lending as much either...

@Matthew McMahon

Hey Matt,

Thanks for the reply! I appreciate the input the numbers in the areas that I saw didn’t seem bad at all. I’m currently trying to narrow down neighborhoods then line up everything else .

I was targeting B neighborhoods bc I would managing properties form a distance using a property manager and wanted to stay away from the more time consuming C and D neighborhoods.

Hello BP

I currently live in NY and was looking into the Chicago market for long term rentals...

I had a few questions on what would be good target neighborhoods for rentals in this city and also what current rates would be for rehabbed properties?

Was looking at B properties/neighborhoods,

Any and all input is welcome!

Thanks.!

Steve

@Ryan Paltridge

Hello Ryan, I am a developer from NY. Are there any other vacant land lots that are buildable in the area? Thanks
