I know it eats into the profits, but I'm remote from the market where I'm thinking of buying. Anyone have experience with iTrip for turnkey management of STR properties? There was a query in the forum from 4 years ago but didn't look like anyone responded.

Thanks for the great information. Do you assume the renters cover the cleaning fee? Also, what about internet, trash and security? The numbers just seem to keep adding up.

I'm considering purchasing a rental property or two in the Dallas area to use as a STR revenue generator and get my feet wet for some passive income before I retire. (Note: I'm aware of the new STR restrictions in the area). In running the numbers I'm making assumptions about many operating expenses. Is anyone aware of a good data sheet that provides some basis for OpEx?
