I got the leads out of the court index in ohio. I have some of the executors addresses (what I meant by beneficiaries) If I can't find the executors address and I know there is real estate in the estate is it really not worth just mailing the property address in hope it reaches the executor?

It is unlikely to ever reach the average executor. Is it possible the executor will occasionally go and check the mail at the house? I guess its possible. If you don't mind possibly wasting the $2 odd of overhead may as well. Most Executors/Administrators are supposed to file their contact information with the Court, at least in my JX.

ok cool so there addresses should be there I am probably just not looking in the right place. I don't want to waste money. Just starting over so trying to keep the budget low.

list broker like who would have this info? I have used listsource before but haven't gotten these types of leads

Ok investors....quick question. So I pulled a bunch of probate leads and found which had real estate in the estate and now I am getting ready to mail them. Do you just mail the property address of the real estate you're mailing them for or do you try to find the beneficiaries address and if so how? Thank you!
