I'm considering investing into the current AHP Fund.  However, I have been trying to contact their investor relations department and can't get through.  I waited on hold for a long time before and was eventually told by an automated voice to hang up and I would be called back at that number shortly.  It hasn't happened and I've left another message that was never returned.

I've heard good things about the company and know of several folks who have been invested and say it is working out well.  Has anybody else had a frustrating customer service experience or is mine somehow a fluke?

@Marko Zlatic if I had unlimited capital my preference would be to solely invest in syndicated deals with the RE portion of my portfolio. I don't mind not having control over the deal as long as I have confidence and trust in the operators and understand the model thouroghly. However, since I have capital constraints like everybody else I am pursuing a strategy that creates capital on the active side that can be converted to LP investments over the next 10 years.

Welcome aboard Lindsay.  Northern Colorado is a great place to live.  I wish you the best of luck finding work you love as a wildlife biologist and being able to fund a life style of your choosing as a real estate investor.
