I am not currently working with an agent. We purchase SFR's using cash at a discount and then we finance them to potential buyers so that their payments are at or below local market rental rates. This enables renters to become homeowners. We are essentially the bank.

I am currently looking at several properties in Fayetteville. Some will probably require work, so I am looking for someone to visit the properties and assess condition, take pictures, etc. We have previously purchased three notes in the area.

I am an out of state investor. I am currently doing my due diligence on a property in Fayetteville, NC. Does anyone know a contractor that will go to the property to evaluate condition and take pictures?

I am an out of state investor. I am interested in purchasing and seller financing single family homes (preferably mobile homes) on the outskirts of Columbia, SC. Ultimately, my company is looking to provide an opportunity for renters to become homeowners at a monthly payment which is equitable to local area rents.

I will be visiting The Columbia area in 2 weeks and was hoping to meet with several realtors that work with investors. I am looking for referrals at this point and would appreciate any help.
