Hi All!  I'm hoping someone has some experience with this issue and can share a solution.  Our family has in irrevocable trust that has two properties among other assets.  We will soon be selling one of the properties and want to use the proceeds to purchase investment properties out of state.  We are finding it difficult to find a bank to undertake this type of loan.  Does anyone out there have some suggestions?  Thanks in advance for any help!

Yep, another new member from Wisconsin!  I'm primarily interested in the Green Bay and Madison markets and looking forward to picking up some great advice from the more experienced members of BP.  I'm so glad I happened on to this site!
