@Wyatt Franta I’ve developed some agent connections who will be willing to help me. If I go to see the property what things would you say I’ll need to look at to make a solid offer?

@Jaron Walling Im a sponge with learning and problem solving. The more I Look Into thing I see you can learn a lot online from courses, but the one thing they leave out and don’t put enough emphasis on is partnering with someone who is actually already making things happen.

So I’m starting out with whole selling leads. I’m at the point now where I’m looking for buyers I can partner with, and learn how to analyze deals better and become more of a asset to them, with being able to bring good deals to them and their business or others they’re connected to. I know whole sellers sometimes get a bad rep. I’m trying everything in my power to avoid that and become a helping hand rather than a liability. If anyone is willing to bring me on to their team to help as well as show me how to go about thing, I’ll greatly appreciate it. The closer to Brentwood NY the better.

What website or websites are best to us to crunch numbers to get your ARV price and find your low and high comparable properties?

I’ve just started wholesale real estate, and I’m having trouble getting information on probate property. I went down to my counties (Suffolk) probate court, they sent me over to the records department, I asked for probate records and they told me I can’t get them unless I have a name and or record number. I Found a company that will send me a month worth of records for $175 per month. But I’m sure they got their information from the courts, how do I go about doing the same? Is it how I’m asking for the records?
