I have a rental in Danbury and short term rentals out of state.  The pricing for Real Estate is way out of whack due to no supply so everything is over priced right now and not sure if worth the house hack.  Feel free to DM me and I can review the micro market with you and wish you luck.  House hacking could possibly at least cut that painful expense so not saying you shouldn't do but really watch your numbers.

You can edit them and are very decent. I have leases from membership in the CT REIA but those are a bit harsh and overkill. The Biggerpockets is a decent balance of info but not over kill. Haven't been any dispute issues litigated so how would be in court is unknown to me, but everything is balanced and not heavy handed against tenant so fair both ways in my opinion.

I have access to it as a pro and have been using these leases for 3 years now. 

I was at a CTREIA meeting last week and they did bring up and already wrote a lengthy note to my local rep.   I have just signed up for ZOOM hearing as well and thank you for sharing.

I'm in the Danbury area and always looking for good deals.  Great job on this one and great area for investment.  Incredible to see what things are selling for in this area now.

Robert,  This is an old thread and I just saw a presentation from her tonight.   However the Biggerpockets community always seems to bring so much value and I have not gone back to review some of the prior alternatives.  What were your thoughts on the program?
