Hey everybody! Really quick wanted to see what kind of response and info I get back on a deal we are trying to analyze. I had a question that I haven't seen a whole lot of information on. I have a lead on an Estate Owned property. I've tried a few different angles on trying to get in contact with the point of contact for the estate. Has anyone had any luck with these types of properties that could provide a little feedback? Thanks in advance.

With everything that’s going on it seems that finding buyers is more intricate that finding sellers right now. Wanted to start up a convo to get creative juices flowing on different ways to find cash buyers..... trick is your answer has to be off the fly, meaning answer in 20 seconds or less!

@Ashley Petersen I would take a percentage out fo taxes first. Take 40% of the rest create a plan for marketing or business structure needs to reach sellers and buyers. Pay off rent for a couples months and then grind it out until you have 100k in the bank and rinse and repeat off the top of my head. : )
