Hello Community! Thank you all for being so welcome. Im having a rough time getting the ropes on my real estate journey and Im beginning with Wholesaleing and seller financing because its the most creative and inexpensive. One of my blocks is I'm around a ton of negative people who throw their opinions on me and no one who is actually helpful and positive. Please help with any advice and tips on these areas of REI, Thank you so much BP Community.

@Account Closed Thats what I feared currently. The other markets have been on my radar, but yet to talk with experienced Investors that are in those areas. Do you have any experience in those particular markets? If not where so?

Thanks Mike,

Bigger Pockets Community, Thank you for always being so helpful. I have a detailed question of if I was renting out A property with a lease option. Say the roof on the house went bad and had an issue, and the renter couldn't handle it, do I as the owner have to? Thanks so much for your time and entertaining me.

Hello Everyone, I am venturing out on my first deal so any advice is greatly appreciated. Theres a lot of steps but the first is financing so I can even acquire my first property. Im 21 and my funds are low and Im far from 2yr work history, On the bright side I have the possible partnership of my parents that could fill those voids. Please help with any advice on creative financing, looking to get into turnkey properties. Thanks so much BP community!
