@Joe Funari thank I actually want to just dive in and learn while going in the journey because I'm a hands on learner the obstacles that I'm facing is not knowing what or rather how and where to start especially from being basic REI knowledge, financially limited state so I'm trying to find out as much as possible to get to the point of jumping in

Interested in real estate investing and I don’t really know anything about it aside for everything that I’ve heard from the rookie podcast so would like some good books recommendations for someone who’s trying to learn the real estate system,finance,language or any good books really that would help now or the future.
