Hello! I'm as green as it gets in terms of investing in real estate, I am still in my "education and saving" stage, but I wanted to hear some of your thoughts on using turn key investment companies as a way to get my foot in the world of investing as my first investment!

Also, what are some good resources for finding rental properties for sale? Awhile back I found one, not Zillow or Rent.com,  that listed all sorts of data about the properties, such as what it currently rents for, the monthly mortgage payment, management fees and so on. It was extremely helpful and I can't remember the name! I had a bookmark saved on my old computer and it crashed haha. HELP!

Hello! My name is Tyler Adams, I'm 25 years old, I live in Southern California and I am looking to expand my real estate knowledge as much as possible! I have zero experience, and have ben introduced to the possibilities of real estate about 8 months ago. I'm trying my best to educate myself, save money, and learn from experienced investors as much as I can before diving in myself. I have read a couple books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Cashflow Quadrant, and Brandon Turner's Book on Real Estate Investing! I have a steady job with very low monthly expenses. SO! Now that I got all of that out there, my question is this... What would be some goals I should be making for myself in these beginning stages of investing? Are there any other resource recommendations? Just looking for any sort of feedback being so new to all of this! Thanks!
