I'm working on putting together a few money investors and am wondering how to set up the partnership.

Is an LLC always necessary?

Any lawyer referral to draft up partner agreements?

How do you value sweat equity in a partnership? Im not putting as much capital in as others but will be the manager of the investment.

I have heard of some people renting a place and then using it for short-term rentals. Does anyone with experience in this want to get some coffee and chat?

Hey All,

I had a handyman do horrible work and now need to replace all the tile in the shower and potentially the tub too. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
