I bought in Regent Park at Edmore & Kelly. I only had photos of exterior however once we got into  the property we were pleased with the condition . Property showed extremely well and only needs  minimal work to get it rent ready. I'm curious about buying going into the cold months in Mi and what that means for tenant pool . Does anyone have insight on this? I'm still actively looking at more properties .

Sorry , new to bigger pockets . We cash flow $400.00 mo. Not a huge return based on purchase price but this property is setting us up well for next investments which will be out of state . This one is a equity play with future returns .
