Good Evening,

So, recently I've been doing personal research and I have some questions. So I go on Auction.com and I see houses available for $10,000-$35,000. Is there anything else I should look out for? I find it hard to believe houses are going for that price in decent condition where a monthly rent is usually $1200 for a 3br 1bath.  I would only pay property taxes as I'm fixing the property which is easily manageable. Im searching for advice because It seems too good to be true. I would like to preform a fix and flip to pay off all little debt and then I want to build a monthly revenue by buying houses and renting out in the future. Im ready to take my first step and I just want to be aware of previous experiences. Thanks in advance !

Thank you for your support sir, so I recently applied for a LLC using LegalZoom. I am buying my first property which I already currently live in. Im taking it over from my parents and hopefully with my knowledge I can get them to achieve financial freedom. Anyway, I am starting Home Front LLC. I do not need the income since I am medically retired because I already have a source of income. So I want to make use of my time and purchase homes in my area and work with contractors (my partner is a contractor). I am watching numerous BiggerPockets videos and taking advice on how to properly control my finance for this adventure. The goal is to Purchase houses and then remodel them. I have nothing but time on my hand so I know I'll be able to get the job done. I have a medical marijuana card so I was denied from most jobs which I understand since its still fairly new to the State. I want to eventually fix homes and give to back to homeless veterans and homes for the state to create guarenteed income. I have numerous connections in the local area and people who have rental properties for advice but I want more advice so I can make the best calculated decisions. I Just want to show everyone that anyone can do it and all you need is dedication. Im so excited about this and I can't wait to hear more feedback thanks everyone!!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Stephen and I am a recent medically retired veteran. I've been out for almost a year and I went through the rough transition phase now and now I want to prosper. I've been watching countless videos and numerous hours listening to Podcast. However, I do not have the exact similarity's.  Im 25 years old and I am trying to generate Generational Wealth and brief others on the importance of financial freedom. I had bill collectors calling my house growing up and I never want to experience that again. I am 100% SCD which gives me a $3,300 a month and I am still able to get a job. God has blessed me so I never have to worry if good. I feel like I can help others achieve their dreams. Im from Camden, NJ which is one of the poorest cities in America. A city where everyone has a entrepreneurial trait  because we all just want to make it out. I want to help other entrepreneurs achieve their goals by helping in anyway. I want to learn Real Estate to fix abandon properties and turn it into a house where a family can't actually live comfortably. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions I have very thick skin but I Believe everything is a lesson and I learn from anything given to me. I am about to buy my first property and with my detailed story I would love to hear what peoples advice on what to do in my situation to make the best of it. Thank you !
