I've been a long time BP podcast listener (especially while tiling in the bathrooms of investment properties), and finally took the plunge into buy and holding of investment properties while holding a full-time job over the last year. I met a group of like-minded investors on BiggerPockets that have been successfully flipping, BRRRR'ing, and wholeselling in the TN area, and we are starting a meet-up in Nashville, TN this weekend!

I, myself, live 45 minutes from Nashville, so anyone either curious about learning about real estate investing (for free of course, and whether or not you invest in Nashville), expanding their network of people (remember BP always says your net worth is your network) to include potential investors in your projects, real estate brokers/agents, mortgage brokers, please post below or PM.

We also have a business banker that will be showing up to discuss how to build business credit, strategies to improve personal credit, and techniques in how to get approved for business loans!

We'll also deep dive into some of the deals the hosts have made. Perhaps some quick tips too.

This meetup is at a location that serves food and over 21 year old based-beverages.
