The information that I've found online on forums and videos are pretty generic as far as down payment, rights of redemption, etc. when it comes to Sheriff Sales. I would like to connect with someone that has experience in this process in New Jersey (Ocean County if I'm lucky). I've visited 3 auctions so far and what I've noticed are a few things: (1) A good deal of these properties are distressed only financially and can bring huge profits without much if any work in my opinion (I'm a home builder)....(2) It's rare to find a property that is vacant unless it's a total loss...Best ways of dealing with eviction in a HUMANE way...(3) I notice that there are a lot of the same faces there every week so some people are making some good money. Some people are purchasing/bidding on multiple properties. Also, the best ways to fund a purchase with a hard money loan, credit line, partner etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated...Thank You!
