Thanks Doug. Will see what happens. Many tenants move there own stuff and not a lot of storage room. Will wait on purchasing as may not need and supply shortages not helping!

Very old dryer & washing machine in 1997 single family home in Gilbert. Want to remove from home as in Colorado seems like tenants bringing own washing machine and dryer. Is it the norm for tenants to continue this trend in Gilbert or should landlord install washing machine & dryer? It’s a long term rental. Thanks

Hi Curt; leaving as is for now. Agreed dont want prohibited transactions. Its currently a partnership LLC SDIRA with checkbook control. Solo 401k seems the way to go but are employees needed or any idea on best person to consult on this if a transition is possible? Everything is out-sourced to property mgmt and nothing hands on. Wonder if property mgmt considered an employee indirectly based on contract? Thanks, Stephen

Thanks Dmitriy; Any idea who would be a good resource for longer than 10 year fixed balloon with non-recourse loans for SDIRA? For instance a 20 year should be a lower payment.
