I wanted some thoughts from experienced investors on what a first investment should be. I am going back and forth on whether to flip my first property or purchase a rental (full doc loan). Considering if you have low capital starting out what is the best to do in your opinion? Also if there are any other strategies that may be beneficial for a new investor what are they?
