Hello All,

I’m planning to move to the Nahant Mass area in the coming months. I currently have a few properties in Worcester and Florida and am looking to continue that in the areas close to Nahant. Looking to network with buy and hold investors, flippers, and agents in that area.

Thank you,

Stephen

Hey BP community! I've been following BP for quite a few years now... Great to see how much this community has grown!

I'm a finance professional based in NYC and just purchased my first rental property in Worcester (triplex). I really like what I'm seeing in the real estate market of Worcester. You can see real developments happening in the city. I plan on buying more rental properties in Worcester and eventually relocate there. Would love to network with other investors/landlords that are based in the Worcester area. I'm also interested in potential JV opportunities or if you're looking to sell one of your properties off-market.

Thanks all for your time!

Stephen

Thank you all for the input. Eddie T. My first rental, we picked it up for 98k, it appraised for 104k. We negotiated 3k at closing from the seller to do some repairs so the house value should be around 107-108k now. We are getting 1150/mo. Our cap rate is at 9%. We bought the 2nd SFR property in Deltona for 99k, it appraised for 123k. It needs about 12k in repairs. ARV should be about 135k. We are projected to get 1150/mo in rent which put us at 9-10 % cap rate.

Hello BP Community I am a newbie moving to the Orlando area (Lee Vista area) from NYC in January, seeking to connect with wholesalers, investors, and hard money lenders. So far, my partner and I have one cash flowing property in Winter Park and are about to close on another SFR this week. I wanted to find out from the group, where do you think is the best place to look in Central Florida for multi family units? There doesn't seem to be a good inventory of them. Thank you all for taking the time to read this. Looking forward to meeting the members of the Orlando REI community upon my relocation! - Stephen O. Perez

Hello BP Community. I am looking to invest in two buy and hold properties in the Philly area close to one of the major universities and would like to connect with any private investors or hard money lenders that lend in the area. I am just starting out in the REI industry with two partners.

Thanks,

Stephen

Hello All,

My name is Stephen (24 years old). I am very new to the REI community. Myself and two partners have started a Real Estate LLC. We are looking to start our operation in the Philly area nearby to either Temple, Drexel, or UPenn. I wanted to see if anybody in this community has experienced investing in the Philadelphia area with Turnkey investments, student rentals, and renting to professionals. If so, how has your experience affected your views on the Philadelphia real estate market and further investing in Philadelphia? We appreciate all responses and thank you for your time.

Best,

Stephen
