I'm financing a rehab in Philadelphia and we are stuck with slow to no movement on our permit and inspections by the Department of Licensing and Inspections. I see we can get a 3rd party electrical inspector.  Does anyone know if you can also use a 3rd party for the building (Plumbing and mechanical) inspection?  If so who have you used?

I just asked this question of on a few business groups I belong to and got a few good suggestions. Clever Fox, Erin Condren, Traveller's note books, STIL, Panda Planner and Brandon Turner's came up.  I liked the panda Planner but chose instead the Law of Attraction planner because I use this more for goal setting, planning and progress tracking than scheduling.  I have found that I had to separate planning/goal setting from scheduling/calendar management.  I don't like calendar app except for reminders because I like to see my whole week at a glance and I never found that phone calendars good for that.
