Any recommendations for title companies/closing attorney that work within the tri-state (NY, NJ, CT)

Thank you very much for this advice! I’m willing to drive to any of these places if it’s a deal but I will take into consideration about maybe looking into the best market if it leads to virtual wholesaling.

I’m just starting off in the wholesale industry and live in NYC. I’m having a difficult time trying to figure out which state should I actually begin my wholesale journey in. I was thinking either maybe Upstate NY, NJ, PA or Connecticut. Any recommendations based on past experiences?
