Hello all,

I'm looking for a Los Angeles real estate agent who has closed at least 1 NACA deal. I have already been pre-approved and ready to house hunt for a small multi-family. NACAs process is very different when it comes to qualifying for multifamily so someone experienced in this is definitely needed. Would appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you!

Thanks Matt! I'll check it out.

Hello all,

I'm trying to get a team together since I'll be purchasing a property south of Atlanta (LaGrange). Any suggestions or referrals for a good contractor or property manager?

These are all great things to consider and also to be concerned about. I'm nervous about building a team because I keep being told that I would be taken advantage of as an absentee landlord. The next best thing would be to have family help out with managing but then I would be limited.

Hello everyone!

My name is Stephanie. I have not invested yet but I do (somewhat) manage my father's rental property.

At this point I want something of my own. I'm going to invest in rental property. Looking into BRRRR in Nevada but don't know what part. I only say Nevada because Los Angeles is expensive and it's just a 4-5 hour drive away.

I currently have 20k saved and am researching my options. Multi-family would be ideal if possible but I know I have to start somewhere so I'm also looking at SFRs.

My goal is to gain enough cash flow to be financially free in the next few years. I had a baby 8 months ago and was told I need to slow down and focus on raising her but this has always been my dream. At the end of the day I want to leave a legacy for her.

I'm very eager to learn and am open to any feedback/suggestions that anyone has to offer.

Blessings.
