@Rosston Smith Thank you for the advice! I am on the MLS often, but yes I agree that a deal will most likely not be found on the MLS. You have to hunt them down. Do you invest yourself? What kind of Real Estate have you/do you invest in?

@Vishal Gadhia Yes I just noticed that today..Very high taxes! And thank you for pointing out the point on evictions! @Rob M. Thank you! Would you both say it is a better idea if I got it at a good price to maybe put some money into renovating and selling instead?

Does anyone have any feedback on Evergreen Park, IL? I am looking at an investment property there and it seem like it could have a strong rental market and good resale? @Rob M. @Marcin Talaga@Jeff Valentino@Vishal Gadhia

Hi there! I am a new inspiring investor out of Scottsdale, AZ and would appreciate any general feedback and advice from other BP investors. I'm passionate about multi-family, and also single family investing, but I feel like there is so much to learn and am feeling a tad overwhelmed on where to start. I am also a newly licensed agent, so I have access to the MLS if that may give me some advantage.

Residing in such a hot market can anyone lead me in the right direction on where to start!? I have some capital, but I am scared to make the wrong move when home prices are already so high.

If anyone can give me any general advice, personal stories, and guidance I would appreciate it. I know this is not a very specific post, but any advice is helpful!

Thanks!
