With more than 45 years of landlording experience, Don Beck will be sharing his cruise control landlording techniques. He's taught thousands of investors from all over the country. As a trusted advisor for her clients, Samantha brings a thorough and professional approach to each transaction from site identification, analysis of property value, market analysis, underwriting, preliminary design and investment strategy. She stays actively involved in the local real estate investor community through numerous clubs and organizations, which allows her to keep a finger on the pulse of the local development landscape and frequently bring new opportunities to her clients.
