Hello! So my husband and I are revolutionizing our lives and moving somewhere.. we want to end up somewhere with a good flipping market and are keeping our options open. Does anyone have great places in Georgia where the house flipping market is great? 

My husband and I are looking for a change in scenery and want to relocate to a place that’s good for flipping houses. I was looking into smaller towns in South Carolina like Mullins, we wanted a warmer winter😁, but wanted to see what places in South Carolina were good for flipping? Mullins seems like houses might not sell very fast, but we are newbies so any advice on Mullins and The S.C. market in general would be extremely helpful!!

Hello! My husband and I are jumping into the work of flipping houses, and we are wanting to move around the country and try different locations if possible. One problem is not knowing each area well and finding real estate agents in new places. Is there a way to find great real estate agents, who are good with investment properties, wherever we go?
