Thank you for welcoming me to the site! My husband and I have a varied real estate investment experience. We have flipped beach properties, purchased tax deed auction properties and flipped them, purchased tax lien certificates, purchased probate properties and sold them, built/sold 12 small 3/2 homes. All of these "investments" were profittable and we were fortunate to sell almost all of them before the RE bust. we also learned our lesson about greed and played the greater fool on a couple of beach lots we were left holding at the height of the bubble (still paying on those). We have attianed some net worth but we have learned income is far better than net worth. Our next big adventure will be to acquire income properties, preferably multifamily and office. As we progress we would like to learn from all of you and keep you informed of our progress. We look forward to the educational experience on your site.

I grew up in North Florida, just outside of Tallahassee. I have invested in and around Tallahassee for twenty years. I am looking forward to learning and helping through networking.
