Thank you @David Chwaszczewski I will hopefully be wholesaling to other investors.  Would the SC Investor Tax still be applied?

Hello everybody!  I was just curious... I will be needing the help of a few investor friendly RE agents in North and South Carolina.  I'm on the west coast but want to start buying online auction properties in these areas with the hopes of wholesaling.  I'm completely unfamiliar with these beautiful states but am trying to learn :)  Specifically, right at this moment I'm looking at a property in Liberty, SC and one in Duncan, SC.  I need help pulling comps mainly.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Hi @Andrew R. Lucas!  What are your thoughts on the real estate market in Camden?   I've seen a few potential deals there, but being on the west coast, I don't know too much about the area.  Thanks so much!

Hi all,

I have a bit of a silly question... when bidding on auction.com do you just get one bid?  Or do you keep bidding w/ higher numbers until you've hit your maximum?

Thanks so much!
