Hi,

I am interviewing with a couple of brokerages tomorrow and am trying to compile a list of questions to ask to see which brokerage is the right fit for me.

Is there anything I should definitely ask to differentiate between brokerages?

Also, is MLS access something a brokerage pays for all their agent or something that the individual must pay themselves?

Ah okay. So location won't really matter?

I just sent in my courses and will get an exam date in about 6-8 weeks. While everything is processing, I want to use this time to look for the right brokerage to work for.

Does that area where the brokerage is at matter? I currently live in LA and will be moving to Westminister and I am trying to decide if I should choose a brokerage in LA or the OC. Does area really matter?

What are average commission splits?

Any other advice on choosing the right brokerage to work for?

Would love to hear what you have to say!
