Thanks Coleman. Good luck with the property management of the 20 unit building. It should give you a good training on the regular responsibilities and challenges associated with PM.

Per your comments, I found the property management in Cincy area to not be a very good value for what you are getting. Essentially, I would like to focus on acquiring properties and less on managing the regular issues that come up with multi-families and apartments. The challenge is that PM costs are usually pretty high and don't see alot of value for what they are actually doing.

I am currently a real estate investor in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and am currently investing in multi-families. I would like to outsource the property management piece and find someone who can manage the properties effectively and has a great track record.

Appreciate any perspective anyone has on finding a great property management company in the Cincinnati area.
