Hello,

Does anyone have any information or knowledge how a section 8 or house vouchers work. What the process is? How to get started in it.

Hello,

I have a condo and a 3 flat that i recently purchased but in the recent months more properties have come on the market that I see get value in purchasing and keeping them in my portfolio but the only thing that’s stopping me from making the purchases is the money issue. Any advice on loans or anything would be truly appreciated.

My wife and I have some money saved up and are looking to buy a 3 flat for more. We already own a condo and are looking to buy a property to start building our profile, but we are unsure what loans we can get at this time. Any input would be appreciated.

Me and my partner are trying to get into the flipping business. We only have about 50k put together and we don’t know how to start. We would like to flip a single family home as our first flip but the market right now is crazy. Would you recommend going with a hard money loan to start or try to find a investor?
