Hi @Aj Parikh thanks for sharing your experience with Roofstock! I have been seeing some positive and negative reviews of purchasing with them. But will definitely think to consider it in the future. The process seems to be pretty convenient and easy in general. I'll let you know when the time comes. I'll definitely would like to get to know the process in more details. 

Hi @Matt Charette! Thank you so much for sharing. Btw, I am curious how was your experience with purchasing from Roofstock? I actually considered doing this too at one point. However, currently working with an agent for properties in Indianapolis area. I should probably consider Mishawaka again.

Hi, I am new to real estate investing and would like to see if anyone has experience in Mishawaka, IN? I am currently looking at one property there and curious if anyone has any thoughts. Area looks promising and seems to provide a good cash flow. Property prices are reasonable too. Appreciate it, if anyone can share some insights as I am new in this. Thanks!
