Baltimore flippers / developer / investors -- I'm a new developer / investor relocating the area.  From my research, I have not seen a difference in facade / exteriors on the significant abundance of row / town homes and I'm curious to understand can they be updated / changed.  Not sure if city / county code laws do not allow for the homes to be modernized with materials such as fiber cement board / hardi board panels.  Can anyone shed any light on this?

 New to the forum; I'd like to ask if anyone in the Greater Pittsburgh region (particularly East End or surrounding areas) has a minimum of one (preferably two) general contractors they would recommend?  Building out my due diligence package and I'd like to get ball park estimates from GC's who are aligned with my business strategy.
