I am looking to get my real estate license in Virginia, I want to do the classes online and was wondering if anyone had any input as to which is the best company/ website to use. There seems to be a lot of different options. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

I thought about that first and did some research but unfortunately there are not many duplexes around this area. Its mostly single family, townhomes condos and apartments.  I would love to find a good duple for my first rental! Everything you say makes perfect sense. thanks for the input Anthony

I am new to the Bigger pockets forum as I am new to rental property investing in general. I am looking to purchase my first rental single family home in the next year or so. is there anyone out there around Fredericksburg Va that may have any advice for me? Is a townhouse as good or better that a single family? any advice would be great! Thanks in advance
